At Etched in Ember Studio, each custom order is carefully handcrafted and personalized to your specifications. We take pride in creating unique, meaningful pieces and strive to ensure every order receives the time and attention it deserves.

Order Processing & Production Times

Custom orders typically require 2–5 business days for production. Production time begins after your order details and personalization specifications have been finalized.

Because each item is made to order, production times may vary depending on the complexity of the design, order volume, material availability, and the level of customization required. During holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be necessary.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping and transit time. Any estimated delivery dates are provided as a general guideline and are not guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been completed, it will be packaged and prepared for shipment using appropriate care to help protect your item during transit. When tracking information is available, it will be provided to help you follow your shipment.

Etched in Ember Studio is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or other circumstances beyond our control that may affect delivery times.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete before submitting an order. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If your package appears delayed, lost, or undelivered, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

Custom Orders & Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please carefully review all personalization details, including names, dates, spelling, design selections, and other custom specifications, before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated once an order has entered production.

Product Care & Everyday Use

Our products are handcrafted with care and are intended to be enjoyed for their unique design and personal significance. Because materials and finishes may vary, proper handling and care are important to help maintain the appearance and longevity of your item.

Etched in Ember Studio is not responsible for damage resulting from everyday wear and tear, improper handling, misuse, accidents, exposure to unsuitable conditions, or normal deterioration associated with use over time.

Please follow any product-specific care instructions provided with your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

At Etched in Ember Studio, we take great care in creating, inspecting, and packaging each order before shipment. If your item arrives damaged or you receive an item that does not match your confirmed order specifications, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.

When contacting us, please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and its packaging, including any visible shipping damage, when applicable.

Reports submitted after this timeframe may be more difficult to resolve. All concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This reporting window does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.
